Meet  Josie

Josie is a proud graduate of James Madison University. Originally hailing from Fairfax Station, VA, she brings with her a passion for people and a contagious energy that powers everything she does - both in and out of the office. A lifelong runner, Josie recently completed the Richmond Marathon and clocked an impressive 6:35/mile pace in her most recent 10k.

When she's not pounding the pavement, you'll likely find her on the pickleball court and exploring local coffee shops in search of the perfect latte.

As Plandeavor's Operations Lead, Josie is responsible for orchestrating the client experience from getting started through ongoing engagement. She ensures that every step of the planning process is timely, organized, and thoughtfully executed - helping clients stay informed and confident along the way. With a strong blend of precision and people skills, Josie plays a vital role in making our planning both seamless and human.
